Size: Established businesses with an enterprise value of between $10 million and $100 million (and seeking equity investment of $10 - $30 million)

Quality Management: Partnering with a strong management team is core to our investment philosophy

Competitive Market Position: Businesses that have the potential to become market leaders within a chosen market segment		 Growth Potential: Investments must have the potential for earnings growth, either organic or by acquisition. We will consider investing in loss-making businesses, but require a credible plan to stem losses within six months

Industry Sector & Business Type: All except early-stage businesses, and those engaged in property development and primary industries such as agriculture, mining and exploration (we do invest in companies that service these industries)
