Allegro seeks to invest in businesses in which we can create value through transformation, deploying capital, expertise and a hands-on approach.

Allegro’s portfolio focus is public or privately owned businesses based in Australia or New Zealand. Our generalist approach and the diverse backgrounds of our team means we can explore opportunities across multiple industry sectors and underlying business types. We have a keen interest in transforming our investee companies through successful expansion into Asia.

While a hands-on approach is key to our success, this does not mean we get in the way of management teams running their business day to day. The value we bring as investors is strategic and operational guidance, backed by regular communication with management and effective interplay with board members.
