CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Menno has 31 years of diverse business experience. At Allegro he works closely with portfolio company executive teams to develop and implement value creation and transformation strategies. He also works closely with the Allegro deal team on new deals focusing on commercial, operational and executive team due diligence and developing value creation plans.
Before joining Allegro in 2017 Menno spent 6 years with Partners in Performance where he specialised in leading business improvement diagnostics and transformation projects focused on rapid EBITDA improvement. He also led over 30 commercial due diligence projects for private equity funds.
Prior to PIP Menno had 8 years in CEO and MD roles with two ecommerce companies and a medical group. In the earlier part of his career he worked with The Boston Consulting Group and Macquarie Bank Private Equity.
He has extensive experience working in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America and has held many Directorships with private companies. Current directorships include Long Reef Ventures (a private investment company) and Sydney Growth Ventures (a private investment and advisory firm).
