Bluestone

Bluestone is a leading financial services business established in 2000. The Group operates two core divisions; Bluestone Servicing and Bluestone Capital Management, with operations in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Bluestone Servicing currently oversees the management of A$2.0 billion in loan-book assets and is the only third-party servicer in Australia or New Zealand to be independently evaluated by both Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings.

Bluestone Capital Management (BCM) specialises in end-to-end structured real estate investment, including leveraged and acquisition finance, distressed and defaulting loan and asset portfolios, and mortgage and asset-backed securities. In December 2010, Allegro Fund I exited the majority of its interests in Bluestone, coinciding with a strategic investment by Macquarie Group in the company.
