Established in 2004 by its current Managing Directors, Chester Moynihan and Adrian Loader, Allegro is a fund manager investing in private companies with a proven record for creating exceptional value in businesses in which we invest.

Backed by a team of experienced investment professionals, Allegro deploys capital, expertise and a distinctly hands-on approach to investing in businesses requiring transformation.

Preferring to invest in situations where our capital and skills affect a fundamental shift in business direction, Allegro works in genuine partnership with management and other stakeholders to build value and realise growth potential. With many of our investment team having worked in senior executive roles, including as interim CEO, COO or General Manager, this co-operative, outcomes-focused approach comes naturally to us.
