Melita has over 20 years’ experience working in leadership roles in organisational development and change management, human resources, operations, marketing and project management in a variety of businesses including I-MED Radiology, Independent Practitioner Network, Medical Benefits Fund and Queensland Cancer Fund.

 

Previously, for 15 years’ Melita was working in an executive role leading the HR and organisational development function in a private equity owned business that changed ownership four times.

 

Melita has a strong focus and expertise in organisational design and change management, HR digitisation and process reengineering, employee experience/engagement and culture development, leadership and talent development.
