Founded in 2004 by Chester Moynihan and Adrian Loader, Allegro is one of Australia’s most-awarded firms in the private equity investing space.

We manage over A$4 billion in assets on behalf of investors worldwide and have one of the largest teams on the ground. We specialise in Corporate Carveouts, Turnaround/ Special Situations investments, and Growth Partnership investments across a broad range of industries in Australia and New Zealand.

Over the last 20 years, we have made investments in 31 companies, along with over 50 bolt-on investments and 19 exits.
