20 years of experience in senior People and Culture roles, having implemented People and Culture initiatives that enable long-term performance, cultural transformation, and scalable growth across industries including logistics, digital/technology, media, construction, manufacturing and government outsourcing.

Prior to joining Allegro, Erica was the General Manager – People & Culture for a large private-equity owned healthcare business.

Erica expertise is in leading large-scale cultural transformation programs, HR digitisation, organisational and talent development, change management, industrial relations and employee engagement.
