BUSINESS OVERVIEW
In December 2012, Allegro partnered with KKR to acquire a portfolio of Bank of Scotland International’s (BOSI) debt exposures.
The portfolio consisted of 11 commercial loans to entities based in Australia and New Zealand with a total face value in excess of $300 million.
BOSI was a direct investment funded through a co-investment structure.
In May 2018, Allegro and KKR realised the last remaining loan in the BOSI portfolio. The total realised proceeds from the BOSI loan were 2.0x MOIC generating an IRR of > 30.0%.
