Active in more than 500 locations and with over 3,000 employees, Camp Australia supports families nationwide with reliable, engaging, and hassle-free OSHC services. Camp has two brands, “Your OSHC” and “Rocketeers”, which cover the full OSHC service spectrum, delivering enriching experiences to primary school children before and after school and on their holidays.

Allegro first acquired first lien debt in Camp Australia in December 2021 at a discount to par value. In November 2022, Allegro led a consortium of investors to complete a financial restructure of Camp Australia which involved the exit of the business’ previous shareholders and the lenders taking control of the equity. Allegro Fund III is now the largest shareholder and debtholder of Camp Australia and is proud to be partnering with the Camp Australia team to help facilitate the next stage of growth for the business as it rebounds from the pandemic.
