Questas is Australia’s largest independent hydraulics company which provides aftermarket service and distribution through its national network. Questas services a wide range of customers across Australia’s industrial economy including the infrastructure, mining, defence, and manufacturing sectors.

In June 2019, Allegro acquired a majority stake in Questas partnering with the founder, Kede Carboni, to transform and grow the businesses. Allegro is represented on the board of Questas by Chester Moynihan and Jeffrey Largier.

Questas was the third investment made in Allegro Fund III and is also included the Allegro Fund III side car.
