The firm provides specialist legal and complementary services in a broad range of areas, including Personal Injury, Superannuation and Insurance, Class Actions, Commercial Litigation and Employment Law.
In May 2023, Allegro acquired ASX listed Slater & Gordon through an off-market takeover. Allegro is represented on the board of Slater & Gordon by Adrian Loader (Director) and Johan Krynauw (Director).
Slater & Gordon is the second investment in Allegro Fund IV.
